CreatorFlo is the first all-in-one business suite designed specifically for creators. It helps you manage brand deals, create invoices, track payments, organize contacts, calculate rates, and stay on top of your content calendar — all in one clean, intuitive app.

  • Open CreatorFlo and enter your access code
  • Set up your profile with your business info
  • Add your first brand deal or contact

Pro Tip

Install CreatorFlo as a mobile app for quick access anytime. Tap the share button in your browser and select "Add to Home Screen".

CreatorFlo is a Progressive Web App (PWA), which means it works like a native app but runs in your browser. You can install it on your phone's home screen for a full app experience.

To install on iPhone: Open CreatorFlo in Safari, tap the Share button, then "Add to Home Screen"

To install on Android: Open CreatorFlo in Chrome, tap the menu, then "Install App" or "Add to Home Screen"

📋 Managing Deals

Tap the "+" button in the bottom navigation and select "Deal". Fill in the brand name, deliverables, payment amount, and due date. CreatorFlo will automatically track the status and remind you of upcoming deadlines.

You can also add brief notes, upload contracts, and set custom statuses like "In Progress", "Waiting for Approval", or "Done".

CreatorFlo supports several deal statuses to match your workflow:

  • To Do — Deal confirmed, ready to start
  • In Progress — Actively working on content
  • Review — Submitted for brand approval
  • Done — Content approved and delivered
  • Invoiced — Invoice sent to brand
  • Paid — Payment received

Yes! For each deal, you can upload files like contracts, briefs, and mood boards. Everything stays organized in one place so you never have to dig through emails again.

The Calendar view shows all your deals and deadlines in a monthly view. Upcoming deadlines are color-coded (green = plenty of time, orange = coming soon, red = overdue). Tap any date to see what's due that day.

💰 Invoicing & Payments

From any deal card, tap the "Invoice" button. CreatorFlo automatically fills in the client details and amount. You can customize the invoice number, add line items, and include payment terms. When you're ready, export as PDF or send directly.

Yes! You can add your business name, logo, payment details (Venmo, PayPal, bank info), and custom terms. Your invoice settings are saved so future invoices are automatically branded.

The Invoices tab shows all your invoices with clear status badges: Sent, Waiting, or Paid. You can filter by status and see your total outstanding payments at a glance.

CreatorFlo helps you create and track invoices, but payment processing happens through your preferred method (Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, wire transfer, etc.). This gives you full control over how you get paid.

📊 Rates & Analytics

The rate calculator helps you determine fair pricing based on your follower count, engagement rate, content type, and usage rights. Enter your stats and CreatorFlo suggests a rate range based on industry standards.

Know Your Worth

Don't undercharge! The rate calculator is based on real market data from thousands of creator deals.

Yes! The Analytics section shows your total revenue, average deal size, payment status, and income trends. You can filter by month, quarter, or year to track your growth.

CreatorFlo includes a tax estimator that helps you set aside money for quarterly taxes. You can also export your income data as a CSV for your accountant.

🤝 Brand Relationships

Tap the "+" button and select "Contact". Add the brand name, contact person, email, and any notes about past collaborations or their typical rates. You can also tag contacts by industry or relationship strength.

Absolutely! Each brand contact shows all past deals, total revenue from that brand, and any notes you've saved. This makes it easy to reference previous work when pitching or negotiating.

⚙️ Account & Settings

Yes! All data is encrypted and stored securely. We never share your information with third parties. Your business details, income, and brand contacts are completely private.

Yes! You can export deals, invoices, and income data as CSV or PDF files. This is helpful for taxes, accounting, or just backing up your records.

You can cancel anytime from Settings → Subscription → Cancel. You'll keep Pro features until the end of your billing period, and you can always reactivate later.

💡 Tips & Best Practices

Keep statuses updated in real-time. When you finish content, immediately move it to "Review". When a brand approves, mark it "Done" and send the invoice. This keeps your pipeline clear and ensures nothing falls through the cracks.

Save key deliverables, talking points, hashtags, and any special requests from the brand. The more detail you add upfront, the easier it is to execute later without re-reading long email threads.
