Your purchase grants you a single-user, non-transferable license to use CreatorFlo for your own personal business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, share your access code, sublicense, or transfer access to any other person.
Your access code is for your use only. Sharing your access code with others is a violation of these terms and may result in the code being deactivated. Each purchase is for one user.
When you use the AI contract/brief scanning feature, the document text is sent to Anthropic's API for processing. By using this feature you consent to this processing. Do not upload documents containing sensitive personal information beyond standard business contract details.
All data you enter into CreatorFlo is stored locally on your device. Des Zuniga does not collect, store, or have access to your business data, client information, or financial records. You are responsible for exporting and backing up your own data.
Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue, contact us at des@creatorfloapp.com and we will work to resolve it.
